SATURDAY, MAY 28, 2022 - Indian Wedding ceremony, lunch and performances

• Attire: Traditional Indian clothing is encouraged or Western semi-formal. See below for more information on attire.

• Timeline

  • We suggest guests arrive at Beech Ridge Barn around 10:30 - 10:45am. Shuttles will pick up and drop off guests from the AC Hotel.

    • Shuttle Times to Beech Ridge Barn: 10:15am, 10:30am, 11:00am

  • 11:00am - Baraat begins from the guest house at Beech Ridge. The baraat is a celebratory wedding procession in which the groom will parade with friends and family to the wedding venue.

  • 12:00 - 2:00pm - Traditional Hindu wedding ceremony. Light snacks and beverages will be provided.

  • 2:30 - 4:30pm - Indian luncheon and dance performances

    • Shuttle Times to AC Hotel: 3:30pm, 4:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm

Sunday, May 29, 2022 - American WEDDING CEREMONy / COCKTAIL HOUR / Reception

• Attire: Cocktail Attire

• Timeline

  • We suggest guests arrive at Beech Ridge Barn around 4:30 - 4:45pm. Shuttles will pick up and drop off guests from the AC Hotel.

    • Shuttle Times to Beech Ridge Barn: 4:10pm, 4:30pm

  • 5:00pm - Wedding ceremony begins

  • 5:30 - 7:00pm - Cocktail hour on the patio

  • 7:00 - 11:00pm - Dinner, dancing and desserts!

  • 11:00pm onwards - After-party at the barn!

    • Shuttle Times to AC Hotel: 10:00pm, 10:30pm, 11:00pm, 11:30pm, 12:00am

MOnday, May 30, 2022 - CASUAL BRUNCH AT THE BEECH RIDGE FARMHOUSE

• Attire: Very casual

• Time: 9 - 11am

• We will be hosting a casual, “come as you please” brunch at the farmhouse at Beech Ridge Barn featuring Portland’s signature potato donuts, bagels, pastries and coffee.
